🛍️ Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 48 Hours of delivery for most items, provided they meet the following conditions:

Item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

Tags, labels, and accessories (if any) are still intact

A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided
Note: Certain items like gift cards, or custom-made orders are non-returnable.
🔄 How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@galaxypopote.com with your order number and reason for return

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions and return address

Ship the item back using a trackable method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged or incorrect)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size, color, or product, simply return the item for a refund and place a new order.

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product:
