Refund and Returns Policy

At Galaxy Popote, your satisfaction is our priority. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

🛍️ Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 48 Hours of delivery for most items, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • Tags, labels, and accessories (if any) are still intact

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided

Note: Certain items like gift cards, or custom-made orders are non-returnable.


🔄 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@galaxypopote.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions and return address

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged or incorrect)


đź’¸ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed


đźš« Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size, color, or product, simply return the item for a refund and place a new order.

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Send photos of the issue to support@galaxypopote.com

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
